Site Information and Credits

This site has been written by me in HTML5, designed to be responsive using the Bootstrap framework. Sometimes I find various bits of pre-written code and below are all the various scripts, plugins, artwork and other stuff used in the creation of this website. I am grateful to you all.

Contact page Slide To Submit button

The Slide To Submit button on the contact page is a piece of javascript created by Ali Zohaib from designpotato and can be found here http://designpotato.com/how-to-create-an-iphone-like-slide-to-send-php-contact-form/. This was the only slide captcha solution I found that will work with bootstrap, most others seemed to break with the bootstrap css formatting.
